Source, translation and notes in one place. One recording becomes a transcript by speaker, a live translation and a summary in the format you choose.

  • Transcript and speakers

Sentences appear by speaker while you talk. Speakers are grouped by voice; you rename them afterwards.

  • Live translation

    Live translation

Pick the spoken and target languages and add names or terms as context. Cross-language meetings, classes and calls become translated notes.

  • AI summary in your format

Choose meeting minutes, lecture notes and more. A summary is a draft to check against the transcript and audio.

Clip

Save web pages as notes, too.

Paste a URL and Clip fills a link card from the page’s public details, adds an optional one-line AI summary and files it with your other notes. Add selected text or a memo and the summary uses that.

  • Use the Clip button in the sidebar, or right-click Save to Telli.sh in the browser extension.
  • The extension connects with a token that can only save clips.
  • Free accounts: 30 clips and 10 AI summaries a day.

From voice to clarity

For personal recordings and lectures you need to revisit: review the original transcript, translation and notes together, then check the audio before reusing a quote or a summary.

    Choose an input

Upload an audio file, or choose live recording. Obtain permission from the people being recorded.

  2. Step 2

    Prepare the recording

  3. Step 3

    Set language and context

Choose the source and target languages and add names or terms. Context can help, but does not guarantee a correct translation.

  4. Step 4

    Finish and inspect

Stop the recording or wait for the upload to finish. Check the transcript and translated lines against the audio; processing can fail.

  5. Step 5

    Review and edit

Rename speakers, correct text where the editor supports it and choose a summary format. Verify names, decisions and action items yourself.

  6. Step 6

    Save and revisit

Give the note a useful title and folder. Reopen it to compare notes with the source; share only material you are allowed to share.

Three ways to revisit your recordings

Built to keep AI output reviewable

Telli.sh is designed around a simple rule: generated notes should stay connected to the transcript and sharing controls that produced them. Review security and data handling

  • Reviewable source material

Raw transcripts stay available beside refined summaries, so teams can verify important decisions before they share a note.

  • Controlled note sharing

Share links support password protection, and notes can be removed from the workspace when access is no longer needed.

  • Practical data controls

Audio, transcripts, and notes use in-transit and at-rest encryption, plus account-level deletion controls.

60 Pro minutes for one real note

Your first note is free.

The free account includes 60 minutes in total, not a monthly renewal. No card is required to sign up. Paid allowances renew monthly on the account’s usage cycle; check the plan grid and your account for remaining minutes, features and renewal dates.

Common questions

Is there really a free plan?

The free account includes 60 minutes in total, not a monthly renewal. No card is required to sign up. Paid allowances renew monthly on the account’s usage cycle; check the plan grid and your account for remaining minutes, features and renewal dates.

What audio formats are supported?

MP3 · WAV · M4A; audio/* · 500 MiB (524,288,000 B). Allow microphone access for live recording. Available audio sources depend on your browser and device; test a short recording first. Stop the recording or wait for the upload to finish. Check the transcript and translated lines against the audio; processing can fail.

How does speaker diarization work?

Speaker separation estimates which segments belong to different voices; it does not identify people by name. Overlapping speech and noisy or distant audio can produce wrong labels. Compare with the audio and rename speakers yourself.

Can I translate to any language?

Telli.sh supports real-time translation across 30+ languages including Korean, Japanese, Chinese (Simplified & Traditional), Spanish, French, German, Vietnamese, Thai, Indonesian, and more.
